Methods of payment accepted:
- Credit Card - Download C.C. form
- C.O.D.
- Wire Transfer
- Money Order
- Certified Check
- Terms offered to qualified customers.
- All quotes are subject to prior sales.
- NY Semi considers all sales to be non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is if the customer notifies us within 5 days of receiving said product, and product received does not match product listed on purchase order, or said product does not conform to manufacturers specifications as stated in “Certificate Of Compliance”.
- For returns that are officially authorized by NY Semi, a Return Merchandise Authorization will be issued for an in house credit or replacement parts.
- We must be informed in writing no later than 5 days of receipt of this product to warrant any consideration of return privileges.
- All products and services provided by NY Semi are governed by these terms and conditions.
